ReLovable for Caroline Arthur Bridal

Mairi was commissioned by bridal designer Caroline Arthur to produce woven cloth for hand bags and throw cushions. This project involved hand weaving with naturally dyed silk organza and tulle repurposed from second hand wedding dresses to breathe a second life into disused fabric and showcase the versatility of waste textiles in the wedding dress industry. Mairi’s textiles for this project have been featured and published in the book ‘ReLovable’.
