Shipping

UK shipping:

Orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which deliver Monday - Saturday. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. A signature will be required on delivery. Excludes Channel Islands, postage to this destination may take longer.

All orders will cost £4.95 shipping per delivery address

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email with the tracking number.  Please use this to follow the progress of your parcel and receive updates on its status.  If no one is at home to receive the parcel, you may be required to collect it from your local delivery office. ID may be required at collection.

International orders:

International orders will be sent with EVRI. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If sending to Finland, Denmark or Sweden, orders will be delivered to the recipients closest Parcelshop.

All orders will cost £12.95 shipping per delivery address

The UK has now left the European Union, therefore orders to countries within the European Union are now subject to customs charges on entry into the delivery country. The buyer is responsible for these charges.

Returns

Shop Items:

If you have purchased an item in the last 30 days and are not happy with it, please email wovenmairi@gmail.com to receive details of how to make a return. Please note returns will be at the customers expense. You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging where possible and in a re-saleable condition. An original order confirmation must be included with the returned item.

For international returns please do not return items before receiving consent from Woven Mairi. Please email wovenmairi@gmail.com for more information.

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. We will refund the purchase price but not delivery costs incurred when receiving the order or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
Please note Woven Mairi will not be responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Refunds are processed by the original payment method, if the card has expired, we will offer a bank transfer as an alternative.

Classes:

If you have booked a class and can no longer attend or wish to amend your booking please email wovenmairi@gmail.com to make arrangements.

Please note all cancellations must be made within 72 hours before the time of the booked class for a full refund, any cancellations made after that time will receive a partial refund.

All amendments must be made within 48 hours of booking.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange one product for another please email wovenmairi@gmail.com. The exchanged item will not be dispatched until the original purchase has been returned. The return of the original item will be at the customers expense.

Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately via email wovenmairi@gmail.com
